LEGO Brick Paintings Exhibition
During the 2024 summer holidays Brick Galleria worked in collaboration with the National Trust Bath Assembly Rooms to offer a unique exhibition for families in Bath. LEGO® Brick Paintings was a brand new exhibition featuring collections of artwork, in a style developed by the internationally recognised LEGO Brick Artist of Brick Galleria.
Using the medium LEGO®, that is recognised globally, Brick Galleria produces and creates its own art style with LEGO Brick Paintings. Their work is produced from specifically chosen LEGO parts to represent the different aspects of the scene. Rather than creating a 3D image or model, the artwork captures the elements of the scene and the perspective using shapes and tones. Each piece of artwork is handcrafted over many hours.
The exhibition encompassed two collections based on the countryside and architecture of the British Isles with the artwork in a variety of sizes and subjects from an elegant country manor and an ancient castle, to a serene valley and an autumn forest. The exhibition drew not only LEGO lovers but also art lovers and those who want to be inspired and further their creative skills.
